The Boatman, Guildford

Organised a gathering of 24 ex-colleagues for a re-union and specifically chose The Boatman because it serves Hogs Back Tea. Arrived at 6pm - No Tea! Told it would be back on after 1/2 hour, kept getting the same story all night. The staff seem unable to work the cellar as they eventually ran out of all Bitters and even one of the ciders by 11pm. It's a nice location but the staff need more training, whilst they were friendly enough they really should know the basics.
