The Southampton Arms, Gospel Oak

The question is, why isn't this pub in the new 2011 Good Beer Guide? I'm not complaining as it's busy enough as it is. A gem of a pub.

The Coachmakers Arms, Hanley

Just a great pub and a fantastic warren of rooms. Everything a pub should be and more besides. A gem.

The Great Western, Wolverhampton

A fantastic pub. Came here Saturday before the match and even though it was busy with Wolves fans, the staff were on top of things and served people quickly.

The Holdens bitter was superb, as was the Bathams. The pork rolls were also super.

A lovely place, especially in the front bar by the real fire. We came back after the match (the Arse won 1 - 4) for more of the same.

Stay up Wolves so I can return next season!
