The Hobgoblin, Marylebone

Great thai food here and the waiters/ waitresses serving food are always very polite and helpful. It's a no frills pub that has consistently served good food over the 6 years we have been going there. The barmaids are indeed attractive however the blonde barmaid is exceptionally rude and up her own ar$e. After serving me my 2 alcoholic drinks she told me NOT that I had to pay a nominal fee for tapwater, I do appreciate it must be annoying being asked for it all the time, however that they in fact do not have tap water in the pub to serve! She then proceeded to relay the fact that I had asked for it to her 2 fellow barmaids who all then laughed in my face for questioning why they couldn't serve it. I then sat down to a delicious meal so in summary great food, rubbish bar service and yes they do often run out of wine/ ales and dont seem to think they should apologise for it.
