The White Hart, Chessington

Used to be a nice pub but went slowly downhill over many years.

There was a lot of trouble there in the last few years, so much so they were thinking about putting in a police station in the closed public loos opposite.

It's no great loss, especially with the Lucky Rover and North Star down the road

The Hill Restaurant and Bar, Muswell Hill

Schizophrenic place this. Was quite a nice boozer called The Green Man, then it got totally gutted and turned into a restaurant which was always empty, then they put a club at the back, then changed the front into a bar, now it's a restaurant again..... and I've still not seen anyone in there!

The Nelson, Wood Green

Has cleaned up it's act a lot in the past few years but still not great. It's gone from being a cosy, shabby pub to a sterile multi-coloured one.

No atmosphere during the week and put off by the clientele hanging around the door at the weekends
