Trafalgar Tavern, Greenwich

Greenwich Inc and Instinct Events are one and the same thing - they own most of Greenwich, including The Traf, Admiral Nelson, Inc Bar, The Cricketers, Bar du Musee and the restaurant opposite the Rose & Crown, so if you want to avoid the rude staff here, I would suggest you avoid them all!

The Fox, Twickenham

In Twickenham on Friday, popped into The Fox early evening. Lovely atmosphere, old fashioned boozer. Please keep it like this. Irish landlord, amusing and entertaining. Beer lovely. If you are in Twickenham don't forget The Fox.

The Barmy Arms, Twickenham

Visited this pub on several occasions. Burgers, I agree, are great but so is the rest. Real ales to die for - changes frequently. Last visit was Friday evening. Landlord made everybody thoroughly enjoy Trafalgar Day. The feeling we got was of a really traditional pub. Most amused to find the pub clock is actually a couple of minutes slow! We loved it, and will return. P.S. If "Katileen" DID return that Sunday evening, I think she would probably be MOST unwelcome after 10.50!
