I've been to this pub a few times and my wife and we like it. Good food, good service (mostly). It is quite pricey and is trying to look modern-esque. For a current menu with prices go visit the McMullen website.

Three Moorhens, Hitchin
In July 2008 my wife and I went here for a nice bite to eat and a drink at lunchtime. Yes, it was fairly expensive, however an interesting menu which was extremely tasty, and friendly service - I would recommend this place to anyone who isn't just after an "old man's pub" with a pint of ale!!!
