The Henry VI, Eton

I used this website to find a nice place to go whilst staying in Windsor for our Christmas party and tried a few places mentioned in the high street.
We had trouble getting a table on Sunday afternoon for lunch but hung around as we loved the ambience of the place and especially christmas decorations and winter pimms. The menu was fantastic (especially the crab cakes) and good value and well worth waiting for all though it was slightly noisy from the football being shown at the opposite end of the bar.
We ended up staying another night at the hotel opposite after enjoying a wonderful night of live music with a Irish band. I will be coming back again. Great place
