Good choice of real ales with some from local Scottish micro breweries. Definitely worth a look.

The Brodick Bar, Brodick

Only one beer - Deuchars IPA - which was wildly overpriced. This place is wholly lacking in any type of atmosphere. Not a particularly friendly welcome and you have to wonder why, when the brewery is about a mile down the road, the owner does not serve any Arran Ales. Avoid and walk down to the Ormidale Hotel just 10 minutes down the road.

The Ormidale Hotel, Brodick

One of the best places in terms of beer quality and choice on Arran. Two Arran ales beers and one guest when we were there, all in excellent condition.
