Kings Arms Hogshead, Colchester

This is by far the busiest and best pub in Colchester. The court yard garden sometimes resembles Brighton Beach on a sunny day. The food and service is great and I couldn't think of a better place to go to. Its's toilets are the best I've seen and the pub is always spotlessly clean.

The Bull, Colchester

I was really disapointed with this pub. Went there the other Friday and the music was very average and not much atmosphere. It's not the sort of pub you could go for a quiet drink in as there is music blaring out every night of the week. Does not live up to expectations, I'd give it a miss.
