The Bell, East Molesey

Just had to post after seeing whoopydingdongs last post.
I visited the Bell on friday evening and sunday afternoon, the place was packed all sunday afternoon with families having dinners etc, you could not get a table for love nor money.
The fire was roaring away in the hearth and people i saw where all talking about how nice and clean the pub was with it's new decor and furniture.
The barstaff i had dealings with where polite and smartly dressed.
I too remember the old dark atmosphere and must say i prefer the new look at least you can now see the interior of the pub rather than the old dark stained walls.
Maybe whoopydingdong has a different idea of what a pub should look like but i for one will be visiting again.

The Castle, Old Isleworth

After a couple of years with different guvnor every week we now have someone who knows how to run a pub along with decent staff.
Nice new menu along with India food fresh cooked as an option.
Nice to see all the old faces starting to come back to the Castle long may it continue...
