The Cutler, North Anston

I have found the Land Lord and Land Lady to be very nice people and I think its time people gave this pub another chance. It has had a rough history, but has really sorted its self out now. Im not sure if they're still having entertainment but they should. The customers are great and the overall feel of the place is generaly great. Go on give it a try.

The Old Hall Inn, Hope

I have been visiting The Old Hall, Hope for some time now and have found the new Landlord Rick to be a gentleman who has everything required to push this venue all the way to the top! I have read some post's on here which have put The Old Hall down...these are OLD posts and should be removed a.s.a.p!
The food is wonderfull and the beer is well looked after and is of a very high quality. The Landlord has a wicked sence of humour and is always willing to go out of his way to assist in any way he can. The accommodation is excelent and the tea room and food there in are second to none. I spend rather a lot of time in the hope valley and though I do frequent a number of pubs in the area, I am now happy to say the atmosphere in The Old Hall wins me over every time.
Can I also point out that I am vegitarian and the vegi food is worth the visit.
Top marks to Rick the New Landord and I think its time to put the pubs past where it deserves to be...IN THE PAST! Keep up the great work guys.
