Not many pubs left like it in London. Great beer, no fuss, you could be in your own lounge. Lunch is basic but excellent value, no food in the evenings but they do have the best pork scratchings in East London! An interesting crowd frequent, from Gandalph the Grey to Frank Butcher can be seen having a drink.
