The White Horse, Steyning

As a relative newcomer to the delights of real ale I would like to see our local pubs offering at LEAST one guest ale. We have fabulous local breweries on our doorstep in and around Steyning so why is it so difficult to get a locally-brewed pint on the high street??

I would take issue with Alezilla's assumptions about the food at the White Horse, and Whites (the accompanying restaurant). Both offer beautifully presented and delicious dishes using locally sourced ingredients. You need only to pop into the open kitchen to see that there is not a "Brakes Brothers" product to be seen. Perhaps you would benefit from putting your wallet where your mouth is, sir!
