Awful. Full of Carphone Warehouse employees talking absolute rubbish. Avoid at all costs, especially on a Friday night.

The Salt House, St John's Wood

Great location and good atmosphere. But they need to do something about their prices. You can go elsewhere close by, but pay half the price and get better food (and better service).

The Fat Badger, Notting Hill

Fabulous atmosphere and great food. Nothing pretentious about this pub at all. In fact, you feel entirely comfortable the moment you walk in the door. We ate upstairs, and all 6 of us loved it. Some really interesting dishes too, not your bog standard "gastropub" nightmare. We came on a recommendation, but we'll be back.
