The Albion, Winchester

Having a pub this awful near the station is not a good advertisement for Winchester. Perhaps the council should consider closing it down in order to safeguard Winchesters good name should any visitor have the misfortune to wander in there on their way back to catch the train home

Bakers Arms, Winchester

Those that can't get served in the "Gaol House" (Wetherspoons) will be most welcome in the Bakers Arms.
Need I say anymore ?

Old Gaol House, Winchester

This pub is a typical "Spoons" pub.
A good selection of beers at good prices and value for money food. Unfortunately like most of the other "Spoons" the bar staff are poorly trained, there are NEVER enough of them behind the bar and the service is appauling.
I will only go in there if it is very quiet as the performance of trying to get served is just not worth it.
