The Rydal, New Milton

Visited over Easter 2010. With the wife and sons 17 & 19
Got thrown out! As one of the Marx Brothers said " I wouldnt want to belong to any club that would have me as a member"
They were very pleasant, they dont allow 17 year olds in after 9pm.
Bit of a pain as we had driven quite a distance to hear some live music. Which sounded pretty good.
Will try again next year.

The Wheatsheaf Hotel, New Milton

Visited over Easter 2010, friendly and helpful bar staff.
Thursday evening acoustic get together was laid back and entertaining.
Who can knock a guy that belts out a Steve Earle classic

The Plough Inn, Tiptoe

Visited twice over Easter 2010. Nice atmoshpere, real live band, local beer was well kept.Bar staff and landlord helpful and friendly. Sunday evening quiz was a real gem.
Didnt try the food as we we were staying in our caravan in the forest.
One negative the gents toilets were truly poor.
