The Crescent, Salford

This is a nice historic pub with good selection of ales. It could do with a lick of paint and better seating. However, my main gripe with this pub is the staff and level of service. They aren't particularly friendly or welcoming. The bloke who served us failed to say hello, please or thanks. Instead he mumbled through the entire transaction. Really don't undestand why he is employed in the service industry! Staff need to realize that serving behind a bar isn't just about pulling pints and operating the till......not if they want a loyal customer base at any rate!!
