The Hare and Hounds, Leyton

Have been using this pub for about 10 years and have slowly been watching it go down the pan. Has got a great beer garden if you avoid the dog shit all over the grass. Have watched the beer go up in price but down in quality for ages now but the reason I go in here is because
1, I am to lazy to walk to drum or shoe laces
2, the entertainment provided by the landlord and his missus having there barnys generally when she�s completely battered on the white whine.
3, the little click some of the regulars have formed and the looks they give strangers or as we say in the real world normal people as they walk in. The barmaids were absolutely top but they are all disappearing and being replaced by eastern Europeans who cant understands the phrase two pints please sweet heart. The best night by far is the Sunday when all the regulars have gone home after moaning that the karaoke is about to start, they don�t know what there missing the karaoke and live entertainment is superb and I mean that with all sincerity. If you must go in here do it on a Sunday afternoon don�t make eye contact with any one at the left side of the bar and avoid the menu unless you want a heart attack over the price of the food. If you want to watch a live sporting event then try here it has got a TV or big screen every were you look which is nice if they haven�t run out of beer like what usually happens.
