The Wilton, Salisbury

Unless you want the most boring time of your life, do not go in to this pub. Was great alternative pub 4 to 5 years ago with great jukebox and when birds flashed their t**s on a tuesday. The only bird you get now is an annoying parrot.

Bar staff are friendly most of the time, although the management seem a little pretentious.

I went to the pub when visiting friends and when I was waiting to be served, one of the bar staff (Scott?) was arguing with a punter over their policy to make the pub more straight friendly. Err, isn't it a gay pub? The flag flying over the door combined with the staff's comments seemed a little contradicting. Apart from the managers lipiness, I had a really good time and the locals were really friendly.

If it wasn't for the staff's attitude I would have given a 6 or 7 rating. As it stands I am only willing to give a 3 until I see an improvement with the staff.
