The Highwayman, Eaton Socon

My family and I had a fantastic experiance at The Highwayman!! What a real pleasure it is to be able to go somewhere that caters for both adults and children, as you all know in St Neots there really REALLY isnt anywhere!!!!!!!
I would just like to point out that the pub does not offer fishy shaped fingers! It actually offers childs portion of hand-battered fillet of fish and chips. Its clearly stated in the menu - try reading it.
The staff were all friendly and professional both in the restaurant and in the play area. The food was lovely and my steak was cooked perfectly - medium/rare. Really could not have asked for more.
In my opinion I would pick The Highwayman over the Crown any day of the week as we have been there a number of times and found the service and food to be lacking.
