The Castle Green Inn, Taunton

Was okay before they won Pub of the Year. Good beer and good food. Afterwards they're attitude was 'we've won now so why bother'. Poor, generic, boring beer, grumpy staff, poor atmosphere. Would avoid.

The Merry Harriers, Clayhidon

Dull, old-fashioned pub with boring, common ales on the bar. Nothing particularly local, which is suprising given the number of great local brewies in Wellington and Wilveliscombe.

The Globe Inn, Wellington

Friendly local country pub, good food and local ale, Appley i believe it was called which is made locally and named after the village. Very nice pint, very nice pub.
