The Farmers Arms, Combe Florey

My wife and I visited this pub on a Sunday evening. We had seen the evening adverised as "curry night for �6.99" and when we arrived there was also a blackboard outside advertising this.
I ordered 2 drinks and asked about the food. The barmaid said they didn't usally serve food on a Sunday! When I questioned this the Landlady came over to explain that the Curry was reserved for "my regulars" but we could have some of her home made lasagne instead. She didn't smile once while we were there and she spent most of the time chatting with her freinds. Felt very unwelcome. The lasgne turned out to be mince topped with melted cheese with a piece of garlic bread with nothing else; not even a piece of lettuce and it was horrible. We ate and went to to leave. We were charged �9 each for the "lasagne"! Wont be going back
