Queue 10-15 minutes for a drink while others are being served in 2-3?
Have a waitress refuse to wipe your table as she's 'busy'?
Order the Mini Pie & Pasty Platter and find that each pie contains 3 small bits of gristle and no meat as such?
For that matter, order two steaks and, after a half-hour wait, get served one?
Why, you must be at the White Swan on Vauxhall Bridge Road!
Seriously, there are corporate pubs out there which try to stand out from their cookie-cutter brethren by being unique, but I don't think the White Swan Difference - raucously bad service - is quite the answer.
Give this one a miss.
