Wow. What a find. Friends had been here and wanted us to see it. Next minute we are inside and wow again. Beer excellent. Old dairy Kentish and Goachers. Not a World War Two plane in site !

The Tartar Frigate, Broadstairs

Best beer so far in Kent. Well kept and a good temperature despite weather but not artificially chilled.

Rams gate brewed Gadds No5 in perfect condition.

Landlord in attendance and proud of his product.

The Cow, Newham

Not so much a review. Read about this "real ale pub" in Westfield and have wants to visit. Now attempted to get in this bar on no less than six separate occasions. Different party sizes and mixes. As a couple, two couples, three couples and a men only group of 10. Can hardly get near the place and the deafening hubbub when inside has caused most of my party to reject it as a venue. Range of beers looked mouth watering.
Is there a real pub in Stratford rather than a girder and glass wine bar dressed up? Please let me know.
