The Three Horseshoes, Whetstone

I like this pub if you want a quiet night, Magners on tap!!! Friendly bar staff, small garden. Some times live entertainment. Nice atmosphere. Gets the thumbs up from me.

The Fishmongers Arms, Southgate

The land lord who took this pub over recently, really makes you feel welcome. He use to be at the Bull & Butcher in Whetstone. We have followed him to The Fish Mongers Arms. The old pub he was at is now on its last legs, because when he left it went right down hill. There is a front & back seating outside. A juke box with a great selection of music. Not badly priced pints either. Nice atmosphere with one pool table and a dart board. He has various stuff going on there is a quiz on a Sunday hosted by Pants, who use to do the quiz at the Bull & Butcher and various other events. I haven't eaten there but the menu has a good selection. The pub is steadily improving all the time. Keep the good work up Kev.

O'Neills, North Finchley

I've been drinking at this pub now for a few years, As it is the most happening place on a Saturday in Finchley.It's a great place to go thou, very lively on a Friday & Saturday. Sometimes a live band. Great drink at a good price & easy to get served even when packed. Much better then the Autumn House which is full of posers, and you can't get a pint easy at all.Andy G
