My rating for this pub is 1 and that is because the doors swing back and forth. This pub would be better suited to having revolving door for quick escape....
Meat is cut razor thin, the beef is very often tough,the vegetables are under cooked, and the roast potatoes !! well take your pick either hard or undercooked.
This is not an experience of a one off visit we have been here at least 5 times and it really gets no better.
The manageress Annette Duronte does not like anybody to comment on things that are not right she is extremely rude and patronising to customers it is a surprise she is working at all. Her customer service is poor to say the least. The atmosphere is dead and overcrowded.. For the best carvery I would reccomend The Olde Victoria in Burton Latimer where they know how to cook and treat people.

RUBBISH ! absolute waste of money. Food is undercooked! Rude staff, No atmosphere, and the Meat is awful.... And thats being kind !!!!!
