the bugle has always been mooted as a 'proper' pub, real ale,occasional music,garden, not pretentious. on my last visit the beer was awful, staff were sullen and rude and garden was tatty. sorry

The Duke Of Wellington, Shoreham by Sea
it may have good beer but the staff were gruff, rude and unhelpful, unlike the well run Evening Star in Brighton, run by the same firm. sad 'cos this used to be a nice pub.
