pub was not open & being done up the week i visited, had a nice steak & kidney in the bell and some exmoor ale at the bird in hand

The Lethbridge Arms, Bishops Lydeard
the pub has been repainted outside & work is going on inside, hope its not going to turn into anothr gastro pub. i personally would like it to have some reasonable priced accomodation as bishops lydyeard is a great base for visiting the west somerset railway & the quantocks, also a shot bus ride from taunton (i dont have a car).

not been in yet but it looks as though the pub has reopened as it is advertising live bands
