The Royal George, Euston

Been in here on many occasions on my visits to London and have never been served bad food/beer. Staff always friendly, comfortable place for a beer when waiting for trains.

Counting House, Glasgow

I have to say i agree with most of the comments posted . the beer is cheap and pretty good but it is fairly difficult to get served as some of the bar staff prefer standing around chatting rather than serve the customers

The Ingram Bar, Glasgow

The one haven of sanity during the day of the celtic v
man u game. Decent food, not bad beer and quiet enough to have a decent conversation before the madness of the evening. Bar staff could have been a little more friendly and less about cleaning your table as you were sat there

The Eccles Cross, Eccles

Still probably the most popular pub in Eccles because of the cheap beer & decent food .2 large screens in now for the sports news gives the locals something else to do.Can get very busy on united match days as the tram stop is right opposite the pub.

The Paramount, Manchester

Can get very busy first thing especially on united match days and consequently difficult to get served as there aren't enough staff but the cheap beer and decent food makes up for the wait.

Varsity, Manchester

Improved a hell of a lot since the changeover to Varsity. Cheapish beer (with the card)good food, plenty of tv's and big screens for the football.
A lot cleaner since being decorated all in all a
decent bar.
