Nigger than it looks from the outside, a lovely pub, medium sized but maintains a small pub atmosphere - really nice - a good sam smiths pub but with no sovreign best on tap unfortunatly - the backroom is particularly nice and it is quite enough to sit in on a week day afternoon and get some work done at the same time - the steak sandwichs are particularly good. not the best kind of a pub for the whole night but very good for a first drink a swift half or a good lunch.

lovely pub pikey is and idiot - the potatoe wedges are amazing and the beer is pretty good to - brilliant for a monday lunchtime

really nice - reasonably pried - with caffreys on tap - my favorite beer. nice of an evening or in the after noon - more expensive than a sma smith's pub though. food is a bit rank to.

used to go here about a year ago, and the service was really quite bad at lunchtimes and in the afternoon - the food was alright and the ale is pretty good - but you almost get groweled at by the barmaid when you ask for a pint. i recomend the yorkshire grey just down the road - much nicer if you ask me.

The Cock, Oxford Circus
A nice pub - unfortunatly they always ID you in the evenings if u look young enough not to drop dead any minute. beer is pretty standard - it is a sam smith's pub - �1.69 for a pint of bitter isnt bad at all! food is alright. the lanterns are supposed to be the biggest in the capital.
