So glad the Feathers has re opened. I like this place as it has a friendly atmosphere and feels like a proper pub. Good beer and nice Sunday lunch.

I have been in and out of the Turks for a good few years now. It has always been alright with a distinct local feel to it but the last few times I have been there although not regularly I have had the absolute non pleasure of having to listen to the ramblings of a drunk mid forties greying Irish guy who quite frankly could send a corpse to sleep. Him aside its a nice enough pub to be honest and like most could do with a bit of decoration and maybe a little less boring individuals! I do like this place though although its a bit of a sod that the car park across the road has started charging after the first hour.

Pikey pub. If you wondered where the scummy garibaldi lot had gone wonder no more. The tuns is a pit and a shadow of its former self.

Nice looking pub but to pricey also the land lady is a bit ignorant and had to stand there for a bout 5 minutes while she chatted with her mate at the end of the bar. Had a nice pint there but the atmosphere was clique like.

I have been using this pub for quite a while now and really like it. Good beer, great people working there and decent customers. I popped in the Three Tuns to meet a mate last week and saw half the pikey lot that used to go into the Garibaldi so at least I know where to avoid from now on. North Star is a great pub these days.

Had a lovely Sunday lunch in there yesterday. The beer was a bit too nice as I stopped in there and had a few whilst watching the football. Good crowd and a decent garden. I think I will be down for lunch next weekend as well.
