I like the pub a lot, food and beer were superb, staff were excellent too. Made in Chelsea customers were truly awful and very pretentious

The Horse and Groom, Great Portland Street
Used to like this pub when it had a darts board and was full of locals, but sadly not any more. Now just an average Sam Smiths pub

Went to this pub last weekend and loved it. Reminded me of what pubs used to be like when I was a child. Found the Landlord very pleasant and at times amusing. Bar staff very civil also. Will return definitely. I like the "No Mobile Phones" sign by the bar, I wish other pubs were like it. No part of any brewery chain and a freehouse which I liked also

Popped into this pub last night and it seems to have clientel that have been barred from all the other pubs in Victoria, recognised a few undesirables from the past, walked in and walked straight out again

I thought I'd give this place a 2nd chance after barring myself from here a couple of years ago. £3.99 for a pint of Carling, It's cheaper and far superior in The Phoenix around the corner so I think I'll stay barred from here.

I see the pub has a new landlord who seems decent to me. I've started to go back now after a long leave of absence. I can see improvements in the air and starting to find the Vic enjoyable again :-)

Went here for the first time to a private party a few weeks ago. Enjoyed myself immensely. I wish pubs in central London were more like this. Keep up the good work

Went back here not so long ago and had a great time. This pub just gets better and better, will definately return. Nice atmosphere, great beer and good staff too

Had a beer here not so long ago with a group of mates in the Building Trade, very surprised on how good the place was. Enjoyed it immensly, will definately return when working in the area again :-)

I enjoy going to The Kings Arms these days, always get served quickly and all the staff seem to be nice and friendly in there. You get a better reception in here than most of the other pubs in Victoria these days. Keep up the good work Julio :-)

The Sanctuary House, Westminster
Met up with some friends for a Birthday Bash who worked at Scotland Yard. Enjoyed myself and would go again. A typical no frills central London pub

Mixed views on this pub. Plus points is that the service was friendly and the beer was reasonably priced. Minus points were that is was characterless and a bit of a God's waiting room full of old alcoholics waiting to die. Bit sad really.

Popped in for a beer the other day, oh dear, what an awful excuse for a pub. Poor quality beer, crappy chain pub microwaved food, doorman that look at you as if they wanted to kill you or start a fight with you. Clientel that want to fight you also, scummy suits types, chavs and low-lifes. YUK!!!
Never again....SERIOUSLY AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, there are much better Pubs to go to.
I think the brewery that owns this place has gone past the caring stage.

Only been here once, clean bar but horribly expensive. Service not that great for the cost of a beer here

Re-opening as Browns on 14th April 2011. Can't wait :-)

I went to this pub in the days of Nick & Karen Raven, decided to bar myself from here as a result of being falsely accused of something I never did. It's probably changed hands by now.

I see the place has had a recent refurb and all new staff. Had a meal which was quite good last weekend and a good pint too. Will be returning. Take back what I said in a previous post, looks like things are on the up

Used to be a great pub when my mate Steve ran it back in the mid 1990's, after that it rapidly went down hill. Went there for a beer the other day. Oh dear, I won't be returning

Nice pub in general, pleasant staff, though not enough of them. Service for food was painfully slow, but due to being understaffed. Food was average to good, but not amazing.
However the location is very pleasant and has nice rural surroundings

Wetherspoons, Victoria Station
I met up with a friend here a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised, as I don't usually frequent Wetherspoons pubs. Guiness was good, The Stella was good too and food was okay too. If you are a smoker then it's a pain in the arse having to walk miles for a cigarette, luckily I've given up.
Overall a good pub within a station and for Victoria too. Well priced also. I will return.

I have a friend who works in this pub and was going to pay the place a visit, Looks like there's a turf war going on here, from reading previous posts about this pub, so it's a no from me. Delete these negative posts, you're not doing yourselves any favours.

Not a bad pub, beers are in good condition and the place sports a nice atmosphere. Will return again. The guinness is good in here

Had a beer or three last friday and found it surprisingly good, as I don't usually do Gastropubs. Mixture of clientel which seemed to work quite well. I will return, haven't tried the food yet. Found the staff welcoming and helpful.

Another Pimlico pub, I walked in and walked straight out of. Chavs, football hooligans waiting for West Ham's ICF to turn the place over. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, Pull the place down for redevelopment

Been here a few times. Had a thai meal int he evening and thought it was superb and authentic too. Pleasant atmosphere, mainly Chelsea Pensioners and retired Military personnel. Pleasant bar staff too. Will definately return when in the area.
No pretentious Chelsea sloany type in here, thank God

I like this pub, has a great atmosphere. Good clientel and worth the walk from Victoria Station, as the other pubs in Victoria are somewhat very dull.
Beer is well kept and locals are very friendly

I've enjoyed going to this pub over the years that I have lived in Victoria. Good beer and pleasant atmosphere. However landlady has moved on, so i've no idea what it is like now

Went for a meal here. Terrible. Clientel truly awful, full of vacuous suit types. Beer is poorly kept, staff have no personality too.
Save your money and go somewhere else. Very overpriced too

Horrible place with no potential at all. Landlords never last 5 minutes here. The only plus point is that it stays open until midnight. However overpriced and very poor service. I'll only go if i'm desperate

Failed attempt and a very shabby gastropub. Used to be good before the refurb some time ago. Very plastic pretentious cliental, typical of that type of pub, will never return

Good beer and well kept pub in Victoria. Even though I was barred from there back in the 1990's. Cliquey clientel though, but generally good pub. Better on a saturday than a weekday because the place is not that big.

A generous 1/10, absolute dump of a pub, overpriced too. Crap beer, crap food but this is what one expects outside Victoria Station. Pull the place down and start again.

This is my local pub, good manager and generally good knowledgable staff. Beer is well kept, food is cheap but good. �5.00 for sunday lunch with all the trimmings. Enjoyed the pub for a few years now and don't plan on moving from it. One of the best in my opinion as a non nonsense type, down to earth type of place.

Easily the worst pub in the Victoria/Pimlico area. Come here if you want to buy crack cocaine or get glassed. Horrible Place
