Quite a large pub with marstons beers had a few pints of marstons pedigree whixh was in good order had some food while there and was ok bar staff freindly and service was good would call again when next in buxton ........

Typical spoons pub lots of real ales on and some american beers had something to eat but i did not think it was as good as some other spoons pubs ive visited but all in all not a bad pub next to a very busy road traffic non stop ...

nice pub decent beer and good food can get busy at times have visited on two occasions now and had a good pint of jennings cocker hoop on both visits

A very good pub had a couple of very nice meals and the beer was very good would definetly visit again when in the area

The Hook and Parrot, Bridlington
visited the hook and parrot on a sunday afternoon was not impressed the food was terrible it should cleariy just be a drinkers pub and not advertise food there was lots of yobs throwing beer around a place to avoid

visited the pub on a saturday night was very quiet but had a good selection of beers the theakston old peculiar was excellent also had something to eat while we were there very good quality and definetly well worth a visit

what can i say about this pub its fantastic the beer is excellant probablt the best pint of lanlord bitter ive had will definetly be visiting this pub again

what a gem of a pub fantastic selection of real ales I tried the copper dragon when I visited and it was excellent will definetly be back when I am in the skipton area one of the best pubs in skipton .

visited this pub after walking in the dales thought it was not to bad a pub with a good choice of real ales the copper dragon was very good the terraced area at the back of the pub overlooking the canal was very nice .

well what can you say about this pub its a very wellcoming pub has great beers and a very good atmosphere also had sky sports on showing rugby when i visited definetly a 9 out of 10 pub the old mill bitter was a really nice pint I will definetly be visiting this pub again one of the best ive been in recently

quit a nice pub no bitter on when i visited but otherwise very good the food looked very nice and was well presented a very good location and the atmosphere was ok would definetly vist again

well worth a visit a very wellcoming pub when i visited it was a cold wet miserable day had afew pints of the old peculiar and did not want to leave in a very good location for walking in the area

excellent pub in a great location gets a bit to busy sometimes good selection of beers and the food was very good a nice place to visit after a hard day out walking in the hills i always visit when i am in the area

A excellent pub in a very good location close to the train station makes a excellent finnishing point when out walking in the hills very good beer the black sheep top class food also very good pub gets a bit busy in summer time I normally visit in the winter months a warm and wellcoming pub

one of my favorite pubs in leeds very good atmosphere the food served is excellent the layout of the pub is very inpressive very high ceilings I think the pub was restored a few years ago back to its origonal apperance a pub that i always like to vist when I am in leeds city centre

I visit the malt shovel quite a lot tends to be a bit busy at the weekends always plenty of sport to watch the food is very good bar staff are very helpfull theres not a lot of choice for the beer drinker could do with a guest ale .

a fantastic pub thats got some great beers the atmosphere was very good even through the day when it was a bit quiet prices very reasonable for a real ale pub the theakstons old peculiar was excellent well worth a visit .

A nice pub with lots of small rooms had a pint of epa which was ok the lighting in the pub was not that bright which added to the atmosphere was a saturday afternoon when i went in so was a bit quite would definetly visit again .......
