Bloody Good local thats seen 3 generations of my family through its doors. The pubs a bit down on its luck at the moment but hopefully it'll pick up again. Always had a reputation but its just a good old honest boozer. Plenty of entertainment on through most of the week/end. Completely agree with JK20Jacko, Pat the land lord is top dog. Only real complaint is no food/bar food. Nothing nicer than a cold drink with hot snacks especially at this time of year.

great food at really good prices. been using it for years purely for the food as jd n coke is the same wherever you go. good atmosphere, shame the toilets and no kids policy let it down, we have to go to the surrey in st johns to get the same food chain which is an absolute pain. let kids in PLEASE!!!!!!!

Good food and lager, reasonably priced one problem being the 2 young barman seemed a little over familiar with each other which made me feel a little bit uncomfortable
