Dreadful food. Beer is not great. Feel for the staff as its not their fault. Best avoided.

Hall & woodhouse. Over priced, poor, flavourless beer. Not keen on any of their beers. This aside, the pub is nice. Just shame about the beer!

Not as good as you may expect. Ok beers but often warm, not cool.

Rude staff. Rude manager. Not the friendliest of welcomes. Won't return despite nice beer.

Pub has really improved since a new pub manager started about 18 months ago. Plenty of ales which are often local to Sussex. Food good too.

Full of the type of people you wouldn't want in any other pub. The landlady seems more than happy to drink excessively with people who you've probably seen on crime watch. Beer tastes like it's been in pipes that haven't been cleaned since Wimbledon won a premier league title. Avoid like the M25 at any time of day
