Of course it ain't so. The other co-owner is 51. Property developers are sniffing around, as they always do, but so what!
Another wedged out session last night, with the usual great beers and music, plus an added bonus of superb Irish stew.

Well, yes - strip away the beer, music, quiz, food, cricket, football and the fact that I live there and I wouldn't set foot in it either.

The Wenlock Arms, Hoxton
The pub is up for sale but as yet has not been sold. No-one has applied for planning permission. I know because I both live and work there.
