Number 22 Alehouse and Canteen, Darlington

Sooo the pub is rammed, it attracts geography school teachers, young people and suits - does that mean its a bad boozer or just appeals to all?

This is a cracking pub with a great range of beers, always heaving on a weekend, and of course everyone moans about everyone elses social group being in the way - abit of a reflection on society but with good beer, good staff and good food.
Funny how the moaners come back all the time....

The Victoria, Bayswater

I frequent this establishment regularly. the staff are pleasant, the clientele are generally also very good, food is nononsene and well priced.
Full fullers range, excellent cellar and interesting pub with charm and history
It is an island of calm just away from the the mayhem of paddington and edgeware road.

The Crown Inn, Manfield

Great staff, great beer, easy atmosphere.
They do great beer festivals, though you have to get there early as they sell out quickly - they are that popular, and the place can get extremely busy for a small rural establishment.
superb for a warm summers night.
Ignore the comments about the hunting thing - its a rural community, the beer is brewed by a local chap who named his beers after local heraldry and history. - and even if the name does effect the inane sensibilities of some the beer tastes fantastic.
