The Olde Green Man, Little Brickhill
Really nice village pub with a good car park and a decent garden. Greene King beers and very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff really friendly and prices pretty typical for London. It's handy for Rotherhithe station and the terrace has spectacular river views.

This is a really nice traditional pub. It is handy for the Angel tube. The food is always excellent and you don't have to wait ages for it to be cooked. Real ales, good choice of wine and bar staff who are polite and know what they are doing e.g,. making up Pimms. Much better that the usual Upper Street standard.

The Famous Cock Tavern, Islington
This is a dreadful pub with rude, ignorant staff who serve people in random order. Avoid it at all costs.

The Knights Templar, Chancery Lane
Good city pub - cheap food and drink and normally plenty of room. Good range of beers too

The Railway Tavern, Liverpool Street
They need to be more clear about which football they are showing in which bar. Last night they announced that the Man U game was moving from the upstairs to the downstarir bar at half time! It didn't, but the whole thing seems chaotic and the staff don't seem to know what's going on.

This is a perfect pub. Well kept Harvey's bitter, big screen and great atmosphere. Best of all the bar staff are excellent - even when it's busy they can remember who should be served next - really polite and efficient.

The Dovetail, Clerkenwell
I do not agree the staff are rude - quite the opposite. I ordered Leffe Brune which was unavailable and barman instantly filled two shot glasses with alternatives for me to taste and choose. Only slight issue is that 90% of the tables were "reserved" making it hard to find anywhere to sit down.
