been away for 5 years and it's still as good as it was then - nice on a sunday afternoon for a pint but equally somewhere you can go for a lively night out with friends - barstaff remember your rounds which is always good in my book!

Having to move away from the area and the only regret is not able to get to the kingsfield more often - it's nice, relaxed, good beer, pool and bar staff who are prepared to have some banter - any new locals to the area get yourself there and experience it for yourselves - i recommend it.

Cracking pub in acton - although near the churchfields it's miles apart in terms of atmosphere and beers - many a friday night after work (where the choice is the kingsarms, churchfields or rocket) then the rocket is always the first and only choice. Good bar staff and nice outside area when the weather allows. Keep up the good work!

The Three Wishes, North Harrow
very disappointed - the bar staff lacked a friendly air and just seemed it was a "local pub for local people"

Wards Freehouse, Harrow On The Hill
Again - a pub I had been past for years and never really had the nerve to go in - the frosted window's put me off and I had decided that it was an old man's pub straight away. However, decided to bite the bullet and go - and was pleasantly surprised. A decent sized bar - adequate number of people behind the bar - so service was top notch. Plenty of seating and on a saturday night have live music - lot's of diddly diddly stuff. Toilets nice and clean and the price of a pint a tad expensive - fosters 2.60 - a little expensive for a back street pub in harrow me thinks. Otherwise - nice!!

Have been going past this pub for the last couple of years and thought it was time to try it out. Very nice pub - deceptive how far back it goes. More of an atmosphere at the front on the pub - but if you are looking for a quiet pint and a read of the paper - go towards the back and it's relaxing. Price of a pint ok - but bar staff need to be keeping an eye for people wanting a beer as the regulars glog up the bar using seats. Toilets nice and clean too!! Will be going back with the wife next time.

cracking pub - get's packed on a friday night - get down early to get a seat. Price of a pint is fab and you can easily afford a kebab on the way home after a night out here. Bar staff good - bit of a small bar bearing in mind how busy it can get. Toilets are ok. Location is a little bit funny to find - but once you have found it - it's worth remembering it.

nice pub for a cheap pint and an evening where there is a crowd of you. As previous comments atmosphere is a little poor but the pint price does make up for it. Only beware in the summer time - as you are right near the drains - the smell of raw sewage can be quite strong!!!

The Blue Posts, Fitzrovia
always a great pub to meet mates in - either to stay for the night on the beers or as a starting point. Can get a bit busy - but that's good - bar staff are quick and clear the empties really quickly which is impressive. For the lager drinker recommend the pure brew - it's wicked but still very affordable in the credit crunch!
