Excellent local boozer selling local ales.Not a food pub, so you can enjoy a drink without the smell of chips.

The Smugglers Rest Inn, Mortehoe
Just called in for a drink early evening. Pub was very quiet. Real ale was ok, but lager was poor, obviosly none pulled through for ages. Landlady had a good whinge at having to change it.

The White Bear Inn, Barrowford
Good choice of beers, good food. No children allowed in pub, cobbled patio outside. Attractive old pub situated across from park.
