The Griffin, Frome

Proper pub has Jazz on there sometimes as well. Brews its own (not a fan). Great little locals place.

Not the friendliest of pubs. Will turn you away if you are 'not the sort of people' they want in there. Well expensive too.

Old style pub but with new style prices. Don't really rate it. Quite friendly though.

It might do really cheap beer but that attracts all the youngsters and loads of trouble - more than any other pub I've been in. One to avoid if you like to enjoy your drink...

Sorry but a definite no go for me. Another face lift pub thats failed. Food is awful and overpriced. Landlord Terry is one to avoid. NOT a friendly place to drink

The Vine Tree, Frome

Got taken over and done up, seems to have lost the bit of charm it had. Ate there when it reopened but won't do again. Shame though, it had a lot of potential to be a great foody pub that lets kids in.

Changed hands now it's a Thai restaurant. Good food but really pricey. Definitely not a pub goers pub, gardens areas nice though.

The Sun Inn, Frome

Great pub - a proper drinkers pub with good mix of people old and young. Really friendly lot, not clicky like some local pubs can be. Got a huge beer garden hidden out the back. Best pub in the town.
