I've been to worse Spoons. It's large and open, can take a while to get served. Food is hit and miss, normally a good selection of beers though.

It's alright. Only pub in town showing the footy, can book a table to do so. Plenty of screens, cheap beer, cheap food, does what it says on the tin.

Reading the reviews, I can't wait to come down from Suffolk and see the Bimmies there this friday...! I promise to smile nicely at all the barmaids and barmen if they could please smile equally at me and serve me a cool pint!

Good old fashioned English pub. Lots of friendly locals, good food, great beer garden, successful football team!

Great food in there now. The atmosphere's not what it was, but nice open pub with plenty of choice for drinks.

16th Century Inn, serves Ales and food. Wednesday nights are good for the live music, one of the livliest pubs in Long Melford.

In an age full of over-priced drinks, the Moon is a welcome relief. As long as you can get over the dingy toilets, strange named own-brand drinks and stressed staff you can have a good night in an old style feeling boozer with money left in your wallet at the end of the evening

Great pub. Lots of big sofas, good beers, pool table, great for watching football. Landlord is a really nice bloke - haven't had any grub there yet but the menu looks really nice

The White Horse Hotel, Sudbury
Keeps opening and closing! Latest managers are the ex-managers of the Silk Worm who tried different things with live music there to some effect. Re-opened 1st July.
