The Fairway, Ruislip

The comedy nights on here on a Wednesday are excellent but sadly the barstaff really couldnt care less about the customers, people are served at random thats when they arent chatting to each other and ignoring the customer completely. it strikes me there is no real managment there to keep the staff in line.

Ha Ha, Ealing

I live down the road from HAHA and while I agree there is for whatever reason Im not sure a large 'non white' customer base on Friday and Sat nights that would in no way put me off, no what puts me off is the high prices and bad food. Which is a shame as I have had many excellent meals in the HA HA near Embankment tube.

ok this place is at the end of my road so could be considered my local, however I avoid it with a ten foot pole!!!!

The drinks are over priced, nearly 4.00 for a pint??? where do you think you are guys? and the fun we had when ordering food and the starters and main turned up at the same time. Upon complaining about this the barmaid said " ah I will tell the chef in'it" which was errm very reassuring ....NOT!

The Worlds End, Camden

pints arent the best, and after chatting to a mate who used to work there I now understand why!!! all I will say is stick to the bottles!!!!!

great crowd in there though with some cool tunes, and is allways a good meeting point

The Old Thameside Inn, London Bridge

The last time I ventured into this pub I saw quite possibly the funniest sight I have ever witnessed in a Public House.

20-30 American tourists making a line from the bar to well outside the front door to get served , I mean whats that about??? Enough said really I wont be back.

The Castlebar, West Ealing

used to be a nice place to come for a pint and a good Sunday Lunch, now the new manager has taken over, (we call him 'French John') the focus is all about Food and big groups.

And may I add the food has been hiked up in price to such silly levels that the cheapest thing on the evening menu is 9.50!!!! , when I asked if I could have a burger and chips I was told only at lunch time!!!!! the only saving grace is you can get a late pint here as its open late, till 2.00 I think

The North Star, Ealing

Nice selection of European beers and a good place to meet friends for a chat on a Sunday etc but is allways rammed making it somewhere I do not venture often.

Also don't even think about watching sport here, they wheel out a couple of 14" portables when the football is on, someone should tell them not to bother!

O'Neills, Ealing

I was once a regular here, but afer the re-fit it just has nto been the same.

As said before, over priced and all the local chav types flock here and the God awful Band called Crisis really are a Crisis to the ear drums! arrrrgh

Plus the scruffy Aussie Barmaid with the Piercings is so up her own arse its unreal.

Nuff said really we wont be back....

Great pub for a night out with some mates, or to go to watch the football or Rugby, just stay away from the food, staff great though
