GK cannot be considered good for the modern brewing trade. A business they may be, makers of good beer? I dont think so.
Buy a brewery close it down and think they can replicate the beer using neutral water.
Tis a pity they still have houses in Lewes.

The last time I was in the LA it would seem that use of mobiles is now tolerated!
There is now music in the games room, albeit not loud.
Folk club now use the Elephant and Castle.
The iconic status went a long time back.
I do not believe the LA will ever get back to its former iconic status.
That time has gone and things must move on, as I have done and the Harveys is just as good as it used to be at the LA.
