A lovely little pub but unfortunately appears to be run by kids, all of the staff that I saw whilst there appeared to be an average age of 16.

I do not understand the last review at all as my experience when visiting this pub was completely different. I thought that it was the best pub I've been to in a very long time, the staff were smiley and polite, the prices reasonable and the food was outstanding. The waitress was extremely helpful and I was completely satisfied with the service.
It is a beautiful pub in an idyllic little village, all the locals were friendly and everyone seemed to know each other which made for a very warm, inviting atmosphere. Dogs are allowed and it was a joy to see them running around the garden playing with each other. A real happy place to go! I would definitely recommend it and I will without doubt be returning there next time I return to Hurley.

A proper little village pub! friendly locals and a happy atmosphere... the landlady's a bit moody but hey, Nothin's perfect!
