Nice pub, as always, but the music too loud for a group conversation. The hatted bar person refused to turn the music down. 8 of us left. What a shame

The Beaufort Arms, Stoke Gifford
As mentioned, much much better than the nearby Parkway, excellent value both food and drink. No disabled parking spaces, however, and not the best house for sticking to the published opening times.

Excellent Pub- Good atmosphere. Under new management, I understand. Good value food with a landlord that knows about customer service- a rare breed nowadays. I will return when next on the island.
