The White Lion, Westbury

One of the best town centre pubs with friendly locals, smiling staff and a good atmosphere, enjoy.

The Crown Inn, Westbury

An honest pub with old values, but a good place non the less considering some of the other offerings near by, you wont be let down. They have 6X on tap and all the usual suspects are here, sit down, relax and enjoy.

The Ludlow Arms, Westbury

If fun, laughter, good food and real beer tickle your fancy then go to the Crown over the road. If you want a pint and a fight, this place is a cracker.

The Horse and Groom, Westbury

Pompus and boing, many of the locals refer to this as the doom and gloom, I wonder why? Real beer can be found here.

The Railway Inn, Westbury

This has the potential to run rings around it's competition alas very slowly. The landlord is chatty and friendly, the staff are nice, real ale to be found and the locals don't bite. I have had many an evening with a warm glow in a glass followed by laughter and few games of pool, not a bad place at all.

Lambrettas Bar, Bath

Real beer with a strange 125cc twist, funky, fun and not as pompus as many of the other bars in town.

All Bar One, Bath

if you fancy sitting in an aircraft hanger on long benches with strangers this is your place. Good food and beer a plenty to be found elsewhere.

The Huntsman Inn, Bath

This used to be a great big laugh! Then an accountant got the idea that paint and a new plastic food menu would be a good excuse to up the beer prices and give the staff a bad attitude. Not the best place to be, if you want a good bath pub, go to the Alehouse next door for a real pint.

The Crystal Palace Tavern, Bath

An overpriced pub indeed but a cracker of a city centre resting place before heading off to the pig or the bell.

A good allrounder.

The Royal Oak, Bath

Real beer, in a real pub! WOW there is a beer heaven and I have found it, not being a local, however, I venture in whenever I'm in town and a warm glow incased in glass is served, bliss.

The Moorfields Inn, Bath

A pub that harks back to the 60's and is in need of some TLC, however, the locals don't bite and there is plenty of room to swing a cow or two! I have spent many a happy evening sorting out world politics and laughing insanely at random drunkeness, so it's not that bad really.

The Rising Sun, Stockcross

I arranged to meet some family here for a mid christmas meal and a drink, the beer was spot on and the atmosphere friendly, a good honest pub, well done.

The Hollies Hotel, Westbury

My local and a cracker of a pub, family run with a great atmosphere, the food here is tasty, generous and very well priced. The weekend can get very loud when a band are playing, but hey, thats one of its best features. Enjoy.
