The Good Intent, West Farleigh

had a lovely sunday lunch, and it turned out that they had a great band on later that afternoon so we stayed. The harveys was superb, the staff were all very friendly, and we had a great time. I think, maybe, that beerbhuda either has reviewed the wrong pub or has a personal vendetta because we certainly didnt see any evidence to fit their review

The Duke of Edinburgh, Maidstone

this pub is friendly enough, and its a good venue for music on a sat night, and its far enough away from the town centre to not get any trouble. had a nice pint in there too

The Victory, Barming

definately cheap pints and could be a nice little pub but unfortunately the cheap prices appear to have attracted the youngsters in to spend their pocket money

The Horseshoes, East Farleigh

visited for a spot of lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Not a locals pub but for food you cant go wrong

The Walnut Tree, East Farleigh

well the staff appeared to have better things to do than serve, or infact wipe the bar down, as they were too busy chatting to what appeared to be the landlady sitting at the end off the bar. Wouldnt recommend drinking anything out of the barrels due to stomach complaints from the ale, but maybe the bottled beers are ok

A great village pub, which makes a change. It appears to be a family run business and everyone is very friendly. we were made to feel at home instantly. They seem to have lots of events and the beer is kept in top condition so its an all round winner as far as im concerned....a must visit
