disappointing for a Fullers pub so close to their brewery to only offer London Pride on handpump (and Honeydew from keg). bar was dominated by very large silver fonts offering standard mass-market lagers (Peroni etc).
(homemade?) burger was pretty good though

@Alex11393 - I don't think that the pub itself was struggling, it's that the company who owned it (and others) were.
anyway, it seems to have been purchased to be kept as a pub - anyone know who the new owners are? hopefully won't get a distressed Red Lion style interior (which was probably an improvement on Zulus in that case, but would be a shame with the Birkbeck)
