A dump, plain and simple! A magnet for the under-evolved chavs that inhabit Lancing. If you fancy a fight with 10 to 20 alcohol fuelled, burberry wearing, slack jawed cavemen, then take a wander into this s&%t hole. Avoid this place and the Merry Monk up the road too.

Not a bad spoons. Food ok, reasonable pricing on drinks. Gets busy on a Friday and Saturday evening.

Totally agree wil previous comments, a soulless void full of chavs and hooligans fuelling up for a violent finisher at the Tower Club. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Now a Toby carvery, food not bad, beer still pricey. Not bad for a family meal.

If you like your teeth the way they are, avoid this pub and the Farmers like the plague!! Full of knuckle dragging, tattooed neaderthals, and thats just the women. Get on the train and go to Worthing or Shoreham.

We stopped off here for lunch. Service was good (although we were served each course by a different waitress), food was nice but overpriced and not enough of it. At �8.50 for 3 sausages and a small dollop of mash, i found it a bit steep and if you want veg with it, that'll set you back another �2.50! I agree with the concept of using locally produced food but to charge so much for the meals is a bit much. I can't knock the quality of the food at all, all very nice, but the prices are a bit steep.
